Brad Donais, P.E.
Principal – Civil Engineering
Brad is an experienced hands-on Civil Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in the area of Public Works and Transportation Engineering over the last 20 years. He has served as a Project Manager and/or Lead Engineer for over 45 projects in the past nine years for many of the municipalities within the Coachella Valley in Southern California totaling over $150 million in construction costs. Brad’s primary responsibility is for oversight of public facility improvement processes, including project initiation, project management, agency coordination, utility clearance and relocation activities, environmental clearance, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) and post design services such as construction management and construction assistance. Project experience ranges from minor street rehabilitation to multilane street widening, to park development and design to roadway overpass/interchange design. Proficient in both Microstation, Geopak and Autodesk Civil 3D CAD platforms and combined with his knowledge and experience over a wide range of project over his career, Brad is able to provide a unique hands-on design insight and approach.

Principal – Construction Management
Lloyd is a Proven Construction Expert, with extensive operational experience in an ownership and executive leadership position. Acknowledged for diverse experience with both vertical and horizontal construction. With more than 20 years of progressive construction management, general contracting, and at-risk construction management experience. Successfully completing multiple award-winning construction projects simultaneously, ranging from a $175 – million-dollar building project to a half million-dollar public works project. Strategically building and leading highly skilled teams of construction professionals, architects, engineers, design consultants, owner representatives, as well as in-house staff, project personnel, and business development teams. Knowledgeable of construction means and methods, ability to analyze, and interpret all types of contract documents relating to construction, public works, governmental regulations, general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Managing profit and loss, zoning research and analysis, conformity of plans and specifications, quality control and quality assurance. Leading the mission to accomplish desired economic and budgetary goals within the constraints of the schedule, budget, and the project specifications.
