Construction administration, management and inspection services on this $1.6M infrastructure improvement project. The project is located west to east from Oasis Street to Smurr Street and north to south from Indio Boulevard to Bliss Avenue in the City of Indio. It consists 29,560 lineal feet of conduit and 6,245 lineal feet of trench and joint trench, restoration of all trench areas, grading and paving of parking lots and streets. Mr. Beaman provided contract administration; construction management and administration; inspection; quality control and quantity verification; public relations, schedule, and material testing monitoring; utility and survey coordination; processing control documents such as submittals, progress payments, daily and weekly reports, digital photos, and the final punch list.
