Construction administration, management and inspection services on this $5M ASCE award winning infrastructure improvement project. The project is located on Miles Avenue from Oasis Street to Smurr Street and Towne Street from Indio Boulevard to Bliss Avenue in the City of Indio. It consisted of grading and paving of downtown parking lots, sewer improvements, water improvements, street improvements, street lights, signing and striping, traffic signal modification, communication conduit improvements, landscape improvements including planting and irrigation, as well as electrical and communications. Provided contract administration; construction management and administration; inspection; quality control and quantity verification; public relations, schedule, and material testing monitoring; utility and survey coordination; and processing control documents such as submittals, progress payments, daily and weekly reports, digital photos, and the final punch list.
